Shaun O’Hara is an indigene of Columbus, Georgia. In 2007, he obtained Cum Laude with a B.A. from LaGrange College. During his years at LaGrange, Shaun was a baseball player, and he earned honors on the All-Conference Academic Team. He was also an Academic All-American, and the winner of the Malcolm Shackelford Award as the school’s Top Male Scholar-Athlete.
Shaun worked for a year in Columbus before continuing his studies at the Mercer University School of Law where he graduated in 2011 with a Cum Laude. During law school, Shaun worked as a research assistant and was a clerk for the Honorable Hugh Lawson in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
Shaun was also a member of the Wagner Labor and Employment Law moot court team. Shaun joined Pope McGlamry in 2011 and focused his career on representing the aggrieved party in wrongful death, personal injury, mass torts actions, products and pharmaceutical liability and class actions.
In 2015, Shaun began to work at the Charles A. Gower Law Firm where he focused on Plaintiff’s civil litigation. Shaun is an active member in his community, working as an assistant baseball coach at the Peach Little League, and on the Columbus Museum Contemporaries’ Board. Shaun was also a treasurer of the Columbus Young Lawyers.
