As a member of on-location patent trial teams in the Northern District of California and the International Trade Commission (ITC), she immersed herself in litigating intellectual property disputes involving large corporations in federal district court and the ITC.
Here she developed and earned her respected skill set for writing motions and organizing complex information through her industrious undertakings of a multitude of endeavors, including: researching and drafting of complaints, interrogatories, requests for production, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine and motions to compel; analyzing patents regarding infringement, claim constructions, and prior art; and addressing matters regarding discovery, jurisdiction, witnesses preparation, licensing, copyrights, and trademarks.
