With over a dozen years of experience, Sheila D. Ms. Gray approaches all of her clients’ matters with a scrupulous eye for issue spotting on a wide range of agreement and negotiation needs, and effectively problem solves by meticulously graphing solutions.

Ms. Gray has provided assistance on numerous services for award winning video production companies based in Los Angeles, California. She has drafted and negotiated a variety of agreements and documents, ranging from option/writer agreements to LOIs and NDAs. The attention to detail and dedication for excellence she provides for clients makes her a priceless asset.

Never limiting herself to one aspect, she made herself useful throughout the film development and production process by drafting crew, location and talent agreements, redlining co-production, TV sales rep and distribution agreements, and drafting PPM and other fund formation documents.

Ms. Gray’s roots in intellectual property litigation run deep owing to her time spent as an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. As a member of on-location patent trial teams in the Northern District of California and the International Trade Commission (ITC), she immersed herself in litigating intellectual property disputes involving large corporations in federal district court and the ITC.

Here she developed and earned her respected skill set for writing motions and organizing complex information through her industrious undertakings of a multitude of endeavors, including: researching and drafting of complaints, interrogatories, requests for production, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine and motions to compel; analyzing patents regarding infringement, claim constructions, and prior art; and addressing matters regarding discovery, jurisdiction, witnesses preparation, licensing, copyrights, and trademarks.
