Simerdip (Simi) Khangura advises and represents employers including multi-national corporations to local small businesses in a wide range of employment matters. Her practice includes handling claims involving : Discrimination, Harassment, Unfair competition, Wage and hour class action, Disability accommodation and leave issues.
Simi has extensive experience with the entire litigation process, including having resolved claims through informal negotiations pre-lawsuit, to first chairing three jury trials. In addition to her trial work, Simi has represented her clients in numerous administrative courts, including the Workers’ Compensation Board, Office of Administrative Hearings, and the Division of Labor Standard and Enforcement.
Simi has committed her career to specializing in employment issues. Prior to joining Littler, Simi worked for the California Office of the Attorney General in the employment section where she represented public employers in employment litigation.
Prior to that, Simi was a plaintiff’s employment attorney. Having been on both sides of the fence, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, which allows her to be strategic when advising her clients.
