Soheyl Tahsildoost is one of the founding partners of Theta Law Firm, LLP. Soheyl has worked in several practice areas, including business formation, business litigation, “Lemon Law”, alcoholic beverage control, land use, personal injury, and employment law.
Soheyl’s practice is focused and built on strong relationships with his clients and an absolute dedication to achieving the best possible results for every client.
Soheyl’s small business services include business entity formation, growth, managing business affairs, investment, and litigation. He enjoys guiding entrepreneurs down the often treacherous path of self-employment and through its frequent legal obstacles.
Having a background working as a computer technician and amature programmer through college, Soheyl is particularly familiar with the challenges technology start-ups face.
In court, he provides his clients a vigorous and dedicated legal defense. His experience includes representing several of the largest companies in the world in various legal arenas including: federal and state courts, administrative law judges, city councils, city planning commissions, and neighborhood councils.
In addition to representing small and large businesses in a variety of practice areas, Soheyl has also represented individual clients and families in personal injury and employment claims. No matter how big or small, every single one of Soheyl’s clients matter to him and receive his personal attention.
After graduating cum laude from the University of California, at San Diego with bachelors degrees in Political Science and History, Soheyl obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he was a staffer and then editor of the Loyola Law Review.
Soheyl is licensed to practice law in all of California’s state courts and the United States District Court, Central District.
