He is a Partner in the law firm, Gogia & Raj Law, PLLC. He represents clients not just in the State of New York but also throughout the United States of America. He is a member of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and actively participates in its activities.
He handles all immigration and nationality law matters, including obtaining temporary and permanent visas for clients, defending clients in enforcement proceedings, and advising on immigration and citizenship matters.
He helps structure development deals to be EB-5 compliant by working with regional centers, securities, and real estate counsel, economists, and business plan writers.
He has secured admission to practice law in the State of New York. He graduated from the St. John’s University School of Law in 2013. While studying there, he represented many immigrant clients for their immigration needs under supervision.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, the City University of New York in 2010. He speaks English and Hindi languages fluently and also has some working knowledge of Mandarin language.
He has obtained professional memberships in the New York State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.
