Spencer Thomas Hale serves as an associate attorney with the law firm Riggs Ellsworth & Porter, PLC in Arizona and practices from its offices in Mesa and Queen Creek while handling cases throughout the Maricopa and Pinal counties.
He specializes in the practice of family law and routinely handles cases concerning contested & uncontested divorce, child support & custody, legal separation, termination of parental rights, paternity, spousal maintenance, grandparents’ rights, domestic relations, and adoption.
Under the practice of bankruptcy and debt, he oversees cases concerning Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Pre-bankruptcy planning, Lien Stripping, Cram Downs, Redemptions, and Debt Negotiations.
Spencer Hale obtained his B.S. in International Business and Communication while graduating Summa Cum Laude with honors from the Arizona State University in 2007. He went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law and earned multiple honors for achievements in moot court competitions and academics.
He also published a scholarly article in the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology, while in law school. He earned his Juris Doctorate in the year 2010 and went on to pass the bar exam to obtain admission to the State of Arizona Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court of Arizona in 2011.
Spencer T. Hale started his legal career by working with the law firm Wilson Goodman & Fong, PC in Gilbert, AZ as an attorney during 2010-2011. He joined the law firm Jackson White, PC based in Mesa, AZ in 2011 and finally joined his current law firm in 2012.
Since 2012, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Queen Creek Cultural Foundation that promotes and cultivates arts among the people of Queen Creek. He holds the membership of the State Bar of Arizona, the American Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He also serves as the Chairman of the Queen Creek Transportation Advisory Committee since 2017.
