Sravani Nichanamatlu’s practice focuses on banking and finance. She represents commercial banks and other finance companies in transactions ranging from syndicated loans, secured and unsecured loans, acquisition financing and working capital loans.
Sravani graduated cum laude from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she received a merit-based scholarship, served as a 1L Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity Scholar with McGuireWoods, and held the position of Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review.
Sravani earned her undergraduate degree in 2011, with High Honors, from the University of California, Riverside, with an interdisciplinary major in Psychology – Law & Society.
