Stacey Lee concentrates her practice on trademark and brand protection matters, with an emphasis on the food and beverage, restaurant, and entertainment industries. Stacey assists clients with trademark and title clearance, prosecution of trademark applications, trademark licensing, IP due diligence, and strategic brand protection and enforcement. She also has experience with business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting and review.
Stacey’s practice is strengthened by her experience in the food and entertainment industries prior to becoming an attorney. While earning a graduate degree in Food Studies from NYU, Stacey worked in food television as production assistant for the Martha Stewart Show. Prior to attending law school, she also worked at a commercial bakery and a cheese school.
