Stacy Davis is the newest attorney and partner at Breckenridge and Davis. Stacy attended Oakland University and Madonna University for her undergraduate degree. She graduated with Cum Laude honors from Michigan State College of Law in 2002. Thereafter, she was the law clerk for Eaton County Circuit Court Chief Judge, Thomas Eveland.
She has been practicing solely consumer bankruptcy law since 2006. She was the Managing Attorney for Acclaim Legal Services, PLLC’s Flint office from 2008 until joining Breckenridge and Davis in June, 2015. She has held the position of Vice-President of the Flint Bay-City Bankruptcy Association (FBBA) since 2013.
Attorney Davis has filed hundreds of Chapter 13 cases and specializes in assisting Chapter 13 debtors who are in need of a modification of their residential mortgage. She focuses on making sure that every effort is made to help debtors who want to keep their home are able to do so.
