Stanley A. Schlitter

Stan Schlitter is a seasoned litigator and technology savvy intellectual property lawyer who represents clients in patent infringement suits, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, and matters involving trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract.

Clients also turn to Stan for counsel on patents for a variety of products and technologies, and for his transactional practice, which involves the transfer and licensing of intellectual property, including in connection with corporate acquisitions.

As a former electrical engineer at a renowned aerospace company, Stan has the ability to understand and relay to judges and juries the highly technical details of a client’s business, which earns valuable in-roads and favorable rulings.

Stan applies his technical perspective and industry knowledge to victoriously represent clients before federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and at the International Trade Commission (ITC) on matters involving liquid crystal displays, computers, memory storage devices, electronic circuitry, semiconductor devices, and mechanical components and equipment, among other technologies.

Stan is a Registered Patent Attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
