Stan Schlitter is a seasoned litigator and technology savvy intellectual property lawyer who represents clients in patent infringement suits, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, and matters involving trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract.
