
Stephanie Curtis is an associate with the Health Care Group. Stephanie focuses her practice on regulatory and legislative issues concerning pharmaceutical companies and health plans and insurers.
She assists clients with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reimbursement policies as well as the development and implementation of innovative payment models.
Stephanie also provides counsel to clients on matters specific to pharmaceutical drug pricing, Medicare Part D drug coverage, and Medicare Advantage.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Stephanie was a regulatory affairs manager at the American Heart Association (AHA), where she advocated for policies that would advance the mission of the organization, such as expanded access to cardiac rehabilitation and telestroke.
In this role, Stephanie worked collaboratively to develop policy positions for the AHA. She received her J.D. in 2016 from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Student Health Law Association.
