Stephanie D. DelPonte practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution in technologies related to biological sciences, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.
Her experience includes drafting utility and design patent applications as well as drafting responses to U.S. and foreign office actions. She also provides assistance within IP due diligence, freedom-to-operate and landscape reviews.
While in law school, Stephanie worked as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property & Transaction Clinic focusing on trademark prosecution and litigation matters and served as the Notes & Comments editor of IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review.
