Stephanie Hall Kobesky

Stephanie Hall Kobesky represents parties in family law proceedings involving complex property division, child and spousal support and custody and visitation. Stephanie is also experienced in drafting pre- and post-marital agreements and acting as a consulting attorney to mediating parties and parties seeking a second opinion.

Stephanie began her legal career in Biglaw as a real estate and construction law attorney but dedicated her practice exclusively to family law after realizing an immense satisfaction from assisting pro bono clients with their family law matters.

Her unique background as both a transactional and litigation attorney at top-tier law firms enables her to understand complex business issues and to develop strategic approaches to resolve the complex issues that often arise in the course of a dissolution proceeding.

Stephanie received her B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley and graduated Order of the Coif from U.C. Davis King Hall School of Law.

During law school, Stephanie externed for the Honorable Neal A. Cabrinha at the Santa Clara County Superior Court. She continues to volunteer her time through the Family Law Project of the San Francisco Bar Association’s Justice and Diversity Center.
