Stephanie M. Hurst is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice in Los Angeles. Stephanie’s experience includes a broad range of corporate and securities matters, with particular experience in US and international commercial contracts (including sales, agency and distribution, supplier, joint ventures and collaborations, and manufacturing, logistics and licensing arrangements), cross-border M&A, securities offerings, and general corporate governance and counseling. She is also active in media/entertainment, tech, bioscience and clean energy transactions.
Stephanie spent nearly two years in the firm’s Hong Kong office where she advised on capital markets and M&A transactions and was seconded to serve in the in-house legal department at a major global bank.
