Stephanie Szu-Ping Lim is a senior attorney in the energy regulatory practice group at King & Spalding. Stephanie represents independent power producers, power marketers, trade associations, and others in a wide variety of regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state public utility commissions, and courts of appeal.
Among other things, Stephanie advises clients on matters arising under the Federal Power Act, the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005, and the rules of regional transmission organizations and independent system operators.
Stephanie also represents clients on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, interconnection agreements, bankruptcy proceedings, and electric purchase and sales contracts.
