Stephanie N. Cannuli is an Associate in the New York office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Ms. Cannuli assists clients in a wide range of bank regulatory, compliance, enforcement, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Ms. Cannuli was Vice President and Counsel in Bank of New York Mellon’s Global Office of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs where she advised and supported business, finance, and risk functions on bank regulatory requirements, including governance, capital, and liquidity requirements.
Ms. Cannuli also advised on and prepared regulatory filings and responses to supervisory examinations and inquiries, and helped manage relations with regulators across the 100 countries in which BNY Mellon does business.
Ms. Cannuli received her J.D. from American University, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Criminal Law Brief, and her B.A. in Political Science from Union College (cum laude).
