
Stephanie Wang focuses her practice on international trade and investment as well as international regulation and compliance. Stephanie has represented clients across a range of industries, including the steel, chemical, financial, and mining sectors. Stephanie also counsels sovereign and private clients on their rights and obligations under free trade agreements, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and other international agreements.
Her international trade practice includes advising clients in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the US Department of Commerce, including verifications, as well as proceedings before the US International Trade Commission and appellate litigation before the US Court of International Trade.
Stephanie’s international regulation and compliance practice focuses on compliance and investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws. She also has experience advising clients regarding Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti-money laundering (AML) issues.
In addition, Stephanie has extensive civil litigation experience. She has worked on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes and legal malpractice cases.

- Represented European and Asian companies in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before the US Department of Commerce.
- Managed cross-border anti-corruption investigations in the financial services and extractive industries.
