Stephen Sheinen is a versatile attorney who has more than 15 years of experience assisting clients in the management and defense of disputes concerning a wide range of claims, including, but not limited to, those involving product and premises liability, catastrophic injury, construction defects, and defamation.
Steve also has an extensive background in handling complex commercial litigation and has a history of significantly reducing his clients’ exposure in a diverse array of matters through arbitration and mediation, while frequently negotiating settlements for a fraction of the original demand.
In addition, Steve has more than a decade of experience providing legal and business counsel to clients involved in the production and broadcast of television news.
As a broadcast talent agent, Steve drove national marketing initiatives to promote broadcast journalists’ work to prospective employers in major television markets and on a network level, negotiated talent contracts, and successfully arbitrated a wide range of disputes in the workplace.
