Stephen M. Babinecz is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, and Products Liability Practices. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Babinecz practiced at a New York law firm where he focused his practice on the defense of general liability, product liability, toxic/environmental tort, mass tort and insurance coverage matters for major insurers and private companies. He has extensive experience handling complex toxic torts in New York including matters involving asbestos exposure.
While in school, Mr. Babinecz was a member of the Advanced Trial Advocacy Team and competed in the 2008 Texas Lone Star Trial Advocacy Competition (San Antonio, TX) and the 2008 ABA Labor Law and Employment Trial Advocacy Competition (New York, NY).
