Stephen Cho

Stephen K. Cho focuses his practice on product liability litigation. He has represented multiple international manufacturers through jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations in both state and federal courts. He has significant knowledge regarding the investigation, litigation, and trial of cases involving alleged component part failures in motor vehicles.

He also has extensive experience managing all aspects of civil litigation, including fact and expert discovery and development, as well as law and motion practice.

As former in-house counsel to a major automotive manufacturer, Stephen offers valuable insight aimed to significantly reduce risk while promoting his clients’ specific business objectives. This unique background allows him to synergistically leverage his experience for the benefit of his current clients.

Outside of his practice, he is an alumnus of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, an organization made up of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners working to build a more open and diverse legal profession.
