Mr.Stephen G. Bullock Chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. In addition to litigating commercial matters, he renders arbitration and mediation services and has experience in litigating products liability claims. Mr. Bullock joined Stone Pigman in 1978.

Professional and Civic Activities:
Mr. Bullock served as law clerk to the Honorable Mack Barham, the Honorable James Bolin and the Honorable James Dennis, Louisiana Supreme Court, 1975-76, and as Chief Counsel of the Governor’s Pardon, Parole and Rehabilitation Commission, 1977-78.
Mr. Bullock is the firm’s representative in the International Trademark Association and has served as Co-Chair of the Academic Subcommittee of the Membership Services Committee, as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and is currently on the Pro Bono Committee.
His mediation training includes the Attorney-Mediators Institute, the Association of Attorney-Mediators and advanced training at the Pepperdine University Law School Straus Institute.
He is a member of the Commercial Arbitration Panel and the mediator panel of the American Arbitrator Association. He also has served on the Panel of Neutrals of the International Trademark Association and has been approved to act as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers.
He is a member of the American and Louisiana State Bar Associations, a member of the Louisiana Bar Foundation, and a frequent author in professional journals. He also is a member of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section Intellectual Property Committee.
Mr. Bullock has provided services for local pro bono agencies, is a volunteer for various charitable organizations, and served on the Board of Directors of WRBH Radio for the Blind and Print Handicapped.
