As counsel for insurers in declaratory judgment actions, Stephen has voided more than $60 million in coverage while his clients retained more than $2 million in premium. He has litigated numerous ERISA, long-term disability and environmental coverage cases and acted as counsel to insurers and brokers on significant coverage claims across the country.
