Stephen M. LeBlanc provides litigation support to financial services clients across a wide range of class action and complex civil litigation matters. As Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP, Mr. LeBlanc defends companies and individuals in a variety of high-stakes litigation matters, with particular focus on lender-placed insurance and other issues impacting the mortgage industry. He is also experienced in handling government enforcement and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. LeBlanc clerked for the Honorable Kenneth A. Marra in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and was a litigation associate at White & Case.
He received his J.D. from American University (cum laude), where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the American University Law Review, and received his B.S. from Northeastern University (magna cum laude).
