
Stephen Richer focuses his practice on transactional law, transportation law, and blockchain regulation. As part of his transactional practice, Stephen has helped a wide array of companies – from start-ups to major corporations – achieve their goals by advising them on corporate formation, corporate governance, employee management, litigation avoidance, risk management, insurance, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Stephen takes the time to understand the company and its business before recommending legal solutions.
Stephen also works on a range of innovative transportation matters, ranging from high speed transportation projects to grocery delivery programs. He is part of the firm’s autonomous technology team, which provides regulatory guidance on driverless cars, drones, and related technologies.
Stephen is also a member of the firm’s Blockchain and Digital Currency practice, which is among the leaders in the evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding the blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and other uses of distributed ledger technology.
