Stephen A. Rothschild regularly counsels clients regarding trust and estate planning, business succession planning, probate and trust administration and charitable giving. He also represents clients in related trust and estate litigation including will contests, trust disputes, trust modifications and intentional interference with inheritance claims.
He also has extensive experience in representing individual businesses and banks in complex commercial disputes throughout the country. His work has involved defense of product liability claims, product safety claims by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, breach of contract claims, business torts, theft of trade secrets, copyright and trademark claims, and claims arising under commercial leases
Steve also serves the Firm as its General Counsel. In the role, Steve advises the firm regarding compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct applicable to attorneys as well as other client intake, risk management, cyber security and Firm matters.
