Steve Stancroff is an experienced attorney focusing exclusively on lemon law or Breach of Warranty law. He is a partner at the law firm called The Lemon Law Attorneys based in Michigan. He has assisted assist well over 10,000 owners of defective vehicles in obtaining the compensation and legal fees from the vehicle manufacturers.
He understands how traders mislead consumers and take advantage of their ignorance. He educates his clients to know their rights and make an informed decision. He not only represents his clients but also keeps them thoroughly informed about the legal process and what they can expect. He has devoted more than 25 years of his career to the practice of Lemon Law.
He grew up in the small town of Cadillac in northern Michigan and always wanted to help people who could not afford legal fees to obtain justice.
He obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the Kalamazoo College in 1984. He went on to complete his M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 1986.
He returned to Michigan and attended the Wayne State University in Detroit in to study law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in the year 1990. Earning a law degree from Detroit was especially meaningful for him as his father grew up in this city and his grandmother earned her bachelor’s degree from the same University in 1950.
Steve Stancroff obtained the license to practice law in the states of Michigan and North Carolina in the years 1990 and 2007 respectively.
