Dr. Eggleston’s two undergraduate degrees in Biology led him to a Doctorate Chiropractic degree in 1987. He also earned a law degree in 2006 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2007.
Dr. Eggleston has been an expert witness (as a doctor) many times over the years. His ability to explain complex medical issues for non-medically trained people like judges, juries, and arbitrators led one arbitration judge to write in his decision, “I find Dr. Eggleston thorough, understandable, and believable.”
Retired from full time chiropractic practice, Dr. Eggleston has practiced Personal Injury law since 2008. He founded HBTI to train other doctors, biomechanical engineers, accident
reconstructionists, and lawyers to know and be able to explain human injuries and their sequelae.
Dr. Eggleston is the author of the book, Whiplash & Motor Vehicle Collisions (2010) which is now in its second edition. He has published many papers, served as the editor for
other scholarly works and lectured all over the United States.
