Steven Delaney concentrates his practice on real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and commercial leasing. Steven represents financial institutions and other lenders in financings, joint ventures agreements, workouts, foreclosures and management of real estate assets.
He also advises real estate investment trusts, developers and commercial entities on the acquisition, development, sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial, retail and residential real estate projects.
Steven represents real estate lenders and asset managers nationally in the management and disposition of REO property. His representation of real estate investment trusts has included leasing, financing and portfolio acquisitions and sales involving properties across the country.
Steven is a member of the Massachusetts, Texas and Virginia state bars. He has also been included in Virginia Business magazine’s list of the “Legal Elite” (2008-2010). He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
