Steve Lau’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, employment counseling and litigation, and privacy and data security. He represents clients in virtually all aspects of dispute resolution, including practicing before State and Federal Courts, mediations, and arbitrations.
Prior to law school, Steve worked as a regulatory affairs specialist for Tahitian Noni International, and traveled extensively throughout South America ensuring product compliance with various countries’ food and drug regulations, as well as negotiating product registrations with government officials.
Before joining Holland & Hart full time, Steve served as a judicial extern for Associate Chief Justice Matthew Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court, and a summer associate at Holland & Hart.
