Steven M. Peck is a partner in the Corporate Department and member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. He represents sophisticated private investment funds, multi-national corporations and other market participants in their most challenging transactional matters.
Steve’s practice focuses on private equity buyouts, growth equity, mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and distressed transactions in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. He also advises clients on securities law issues, disclosure and compliance matters and corporate governance.
A frequent speaker on issues important to the private equity industry, Steve has been featured as a panelist at the Federal Securities Institute and has been a guest lecturer on corporate and private equity law at Harvard Business School and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
