Steven S. Vahidi is a civil litigator and trial attorney with over 14 years of experience. He has deep experience in handling complex product liability cases, matters involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, class action litigation, and consumer fraud.
Steven represents national and international companies, including manufacturers of motor vehicles, power tools, pharmaceuticals, clothing, glass products, outdoor power equipment, and industrial machinery.
He has also defended clients in complex civil litigation involving premises liability, employment disputes, habitability, and the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). He tried the first successful defense of an employer under a “whistleblower” section of the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA).
Steven earned his bachelor’s in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego, and earned his law degree at Rutgers University, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
A native of Southern California, Steven spent six years in Goldberg Segalla’s Princeton, New Jersey office before returning to his home in 2012 to raise his family. He rejoined the firm in 2018.
