Steven L. Strasberg is an associate in Troutman Sanders’ Business Litigation practice. His practice includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters. Steven graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2014.
He was selected for induction into the Order of the Barristers for his outstanding advocacy performance in both Moot Court and Mock Trial, including a National Championship at the National Moot Court Competition, the oldest and most prestigious moot court competition in the country.
While in law school, Steven represented indigent defendants in appellate matters as part of the University of Georgia School of Law Appellate Litigation Clinic. As part of that practice, Steven drafted a petition for certiorari that was filed in the United States Supreme Court and both briefed and argued before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he prevailed and obtained habeas corpus relief for his client. Steven also served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Reviewand was on the Articles
