Susan Adams is a Partner practicing in the area of commercial litigation, with a particular focus in antitrust and energy litigation. Susan represents clients in a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, financial services, security services, governmental entities and educational institutions.
She has advocated for her clients in federal jury and bench trials, as well as in oral argument on appeal. Susan has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation in both state and federal court at the trial court and appellate level. She also has experience counseling clients in antitrust compliance and government investigations.

- Defense of multiple title dispute matters involving plaintiffs’ aggressive pursuit of ancient title issues
