
Susan M. Pelletier is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. She has represented clients in high-stakes litigation in the health, employment, education and technology sectors, and she has litigated cases at the trial, appellate, and discretionary review levels. She also maintains an active criminal and civil pro bono practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pelletier clerked for Chief Judge Merrick B. Garland and Judge Harry T. Edwards of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Ms. Pelletier earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she served as Supreme Court chair of the Harvard Law Review and received awards for best oralist and best brief in the semifinal round of the Ames Moot Court Competition. She graduated with a B.S., summa cum laude, in media, culture and communication from New York University.
