Susan K. Robin works with clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, with a strong concentration in advising developers, owners, and operators of condominiums, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use real estate developments throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
She is board certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Sue’s experience spans asset classes, including residential, commercial and mixed-use common interest communities, hotel condominiums, hotels, resorts, restaurants, office buildings, apartment buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and shopping centers.
Prior to private practice, Sue served as real estate counsel for two companies, AutoNation and W. R. Grace & Co., enhancing her perspective with first-hand knowledge of the issues, goals, and challenges of managing large portfolios and transactions.
