
Susanna Bramlett focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. She has developed insight into the needs of employers across various industries, including higher education, health care, manufacturing, and hospitality. Susanna has experience in developing and executing legal strategy through all stages of litigation.
She has also advised her clients on the best practices in drafting employment and severance agreements, complying with state and federal laws, and engaging in the collective bargaining process with unions. Susanna received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and Bachelor of Science in human and organizational development and political science from Vanderbilt University.
While at Northwestern, Susanna was the associate executive editor of the Northwestern Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, research assistant to Professors Phillip Postlewaite and Martin Redish, and received a Public Service Star award in 2017. Susanna also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Franklin Valderrama of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division.
