Suzanne S Neville was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November of 2002. I began my legal career with a small New Haven firm where I managed the residential real estate practice and created and maintained “best practices” for the residential real estate practice group, reviewed work product and managed staff. I moved to a medium sized West Hartford firm and gained experience practicing in the area of commercial finance before starting my own practice.
After the birth of my son and receipt of his epilepsy and autism diagnoses, I became heavily involved in the special needs area which led to altering my practice to include, in large part, special/supplemental needs planning. Having supplemental needs trusts included in an estate plan involving disabled children can be key in protecting assets to be used for their benefit later in life.
I joined Scott Franklin & Associates in 2014. My practice now focuses on estate planning, special needs trusts, residential real estate transactions and probate law.
I live in West Hartford, Connecticut with my three children. I was a Board Member with the West Hartford Special Education PTO from 2009-2017.
