Takeyoshi Ikeda is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of antitrust issues related to mergers and acquisitions, litigation, criminal investigations, and counseling.
Takeyoshi’s work encompasses representing clients in government investigations and reviews by the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. His experience also includes representing clients before foreign agencies, such as the Japan Fair Trade Commission and the European Commission.
He was previously seconded to work as a foreign legal associate in the Tokyo office of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune.
