
Tanisha Pinkins is a litigation and transactional associate in Baker Donelson’s Atlanta office. Tanisha’s corporate experience includes helping clients with a variety of transactional matters, including all aspects of entity formation, private placement securities offerings, corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, state and federal securities laws, corporate finance and corporate governance. Tanisha has extensive experience drafting offering documents and related agreements.
Tanisha counsels individuals and business entities in the music, film, television, and video game industries. She helps her clients with general corporate structuring, implementation and governance, protection of intellectual property, and in the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts.
Tanisha’s litigation practice is focused on higher education institutions and other employers. She helps represent colleges and universities in the areas of Title IX athletics and sexual misconduct, and has assisted with Title IX audits and compliance reviews regarding athletics and sexual misconduct matters.
Tanisha has served as a Title IX adjudicator on campus, which in turn has helped her advise clients about the Title IX matters they face. She also helps colleges and universities draft policies and procedures and training on a wide range of topics.
For other employers, Tanisha assists with a wide variety of business litigation matters. She regularly helps clients draft and implement employment policies, procedures, and handbooks, and advises on other HR-related issues.
