Taylor C. Beech focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate law. She represents clients at all stages of growth in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services. Ms. Beech was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016.
During law school, Ms. Beech was a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic, where she counseled clients on entity formation and corporate governance matters. She also served as a law fellow for the first-year writing program and as a senior writing fellow for the Georgetown Law Writing Center.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Beech was an intern in in the Office of Legal Counsel for the Governor of Massachusetts.
