Taylor B. Markway focuses his practice in general liability litigation. Before joining Shook, he completed judicial clerkships for The Honorable Zel M. Fischer, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri, and The Honorable W. Brent Powell of the Supreme Court of Missouri. He has extensive experience in all phases of pre-trial and trial litigation.
During law school, Taylor also interned at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., in Austin, Texas, providing research and support in litigation, contracts, immigration and securities law at the technology firm’s global headquarters.
In addition, he also served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Missouri Court of Appeals.
