Taylor N. Rollinson

Ms. Taylor Rollinson represents businesses and management in all areas of employment law, including client counseling, training, and litigation. She has experience in both state and federal court, and experience litigating employment law matters in various agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Human Rights Commission.

In 2014 through 2017, Super Lawyers identified Ms. Rollinson as an Illinois ‘Rising Star,’ a distinction awarded to attorneys under the age of 40 who have been evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Employment Litigation: Ms. Rollinson has defended numerous companies in federal and state courts against a wide range of employment discrimination claims, including claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
