Teddy Tsao

Teddy Tsao-Wu is a proud member of the California state bar. He received his Juris Doctor degree with a Tax Concentration from the University of California at Hasting. While in law school, Mr. Tsao-Wu was a member of the Hasting International Law Journal. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of California, Davis.

He has previously worked at the San Francisco district attorney’s office, the California franchise tax board, and Perkins Coie, LLP. Mr. Tsao-Wu was a partner of the Sino Law Group before joining Tsao-Wu and Yee LLP.

His areas of expertise include corporate law, civil litigation, real estate, tax, and personal injury. He currently heads the Tsao-Wu and Yee LLP international practice. His client base includes publicly traded companies in China and Taiwan.

He current represents several significant firms, including Tong Ren Tang, Welltend Technology Corporation, and Powertech Technology Inc. Mr. Tsao-Wu is proficient in Mandarin and Shanghainese.
