
Teresa L. Bouchard focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She defends employers in a broad range of labor and employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters. Additionally, she counsels clients on a number of employment related issues including policies, FMLA, and terminations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bouchard worked as an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of an international law firm where she practiced on an array of labor and employment matters and all aspects of complex commercial litigation. Previously, Ms. Bouchard was a litigation associate in the Atlanta office of a national law firm where she focused her practice on securities litigation, white collar defense, and professional liability litigation.
While attending the New York University School of Law, Ms. Bouchard served as a legal intern in the Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society and for the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem. In both roles, Ms. Bouchard provided direct representation of indigent clients in an array of criminal matters. She was a Fellow at the Center for Research on Crime and Justice and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing.
