Tom has spent more than 30 years practicing civil litigation, focusing on the defense of professionals, businesses and individuals. Tom’s practice emphasizes insurance defense and coverage litigation, professional liability, products liability litigation, admiralty and maritime law, auto and general liability defense. He has achieved the AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible, from Martindale-Hubbell. As a member of the Ethics Committee of the Alaska Bar Association for more than 20 years, Tom is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.
