Thomas G. French joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2018 as an Associate and serves clients in four practice groups at the firm, concentrating primarily on Employment Law. Prior to joining SKO, Tom spent two years in private practice with another regional law firm, where he assisted in civil rights claims, municipal liability cases and defense litigation.
He also gained valuable experience as an intern in the U.S. Department of Energy, where he protected trademark rights for various department programs. Tom credits his success over the course of his career with a constant focus on the client’s needs and objectives.
Before he advises clients on a matter or argues on their behalf, he listens and asks questions. He works with clients to develop and control their narrative, so that he can tell their story effectively at the negotiating table and in the courtroom.
