
Thomas Hadid is active in all areas of trademark law, focusing primarily on global trademark portfolio and conflict management. Thomas advises on issues relating to complex international trademark clearance and prosecution, foreign and domestic disputes, online enforcement, brand protection, and litigation matters.
He also counsels clients on a variety of domestic enforcement issues, including both offensive and defensive disputes, proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and in the federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was a trademark associate in the Los Angeles, California office of an international law firm where he was a member of its Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising practice group.
In law school, Thomas was a litigation intern at eBay, a judicial intern to the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and a judicial intern to the Honorable Julia Alloggiamento in the Santa Clara Superior Court.
