Thomas E. Keim is a Chicago partner in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Ted specializes primarily in mergers and acquisitions, both in the US and globally, for a broad range of public and private clients.
Ted’s practice reflects a wide range of transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity, investment and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and company representation matters.
Ted regularly represents companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries (including pharmaceuticals and medical devices), industrials, automotive, aerospace and defense, chemicals and industrials, retail and hospitality.
Ted is a member of the Auxiliary Board of The Art Institute of Chicago and the Advisory Board of The Museum of Contemporary Photography at Columbia College.
