Thomas O’Malley joined WRSH in 2018, bringing with him a strong record of accomplish ment as a civil litigator; including over 60 jury verdicts throughout the City of New York, Long Island, and Upstate New York, with many awards in excess of $1 Million.
Additionally, he has represented clients across a broad variety of associated proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
Tom began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office. There he handled large caseloads, tight deadlines, and demanding situations. He saw, first-hand, victims and relatives directly impacted by the harmful actions of others. He successfully convicted criminals for assault, robbery, sale of narcotics, and murder, and always fought hard to protect victim’s rights.
With over 25 years as a trial lawyer, Tom has amassed a substantial track record – successfully handling myriad complex civil actions in construction and labor law, roadway design, motor vehicle accidents, pharmaceutical and product liability, and medical malpractice.
He continues to enjoy being a strong advocate for his injured clients with the conviction that meticulous preparation, respect for the law, passion for clients, and perseverance are required for every case.
