WRSH welcomed Thomas Pardo in 2018. Tom started out his legal career as a criminal defense attorney fighting for his clients’ civil rights. His interest in defending individual rights led him naturally to the plaintiff’s bar where he has spent over 18 years representing injured clients and facing off against the insurance companies that often seek to maximize their profits by depriving the injured of the full compensation to which they are entitled.
Tom has represented countless clients seriously injured as a result of construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, dangerous premises, dangerous animals, dangerous products, medical malpractice, and assaults.
Tom has represented his clients in all facets of civil litigation – from intake through hearing, trial, and on appeal – achieving successful and substantial recoveries for his clients.
In addition to his many years of experience, Tom believes that success for his clients is built on a strong attorney/client relationship and keeping each other well-informed and well-prepared for every step of the case.
